NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
- All purchases made through our eCommerce Shop are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, incorrect orders, or change of mind.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within one (1) business after receiving your package. Keep all packaging and packing materials and take pictures of all sides of the box.
- We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement for defective or damaged products.
